Joining Fee 2026

The joining fee is £50.
This fee includes a new Under Armour Windproof top and a new club Tie.

Cost to Play

As each event cost has risen for 2026, the Society will subsidise each venue.
Each event will be £40 per player (except Xmas Dawlish event which will be decided later). 

Dress Code

Each member is required to wear a Society golf shirt to each event.
After the event, a jacket and club tie are required for the sit-down meal.

Fixtures

Each fixture will be posted on the website at least three weeks before the next event.

 Emails will be sent out approximately three weeks before the next fixture.
It is each member’s responsibility to reply individually – not en-bloc for others.

Early Tee Times:

 Any players that require an early tee time due to other commitments should contact Tom Hall via email:

The committee will try to book as many tee times as possible.

Usually, there will be a set number for each fixture, so once the spaces are filled, players will be added to the reserve list. 

Members take priority over guests.
Guests will be added to the reserve list.
If space becomes available, the member who invited them will be notified 7 days before. 

Cancellation:

Any player listed please give at least five days notice if you need to cancel to allow reserves to be added.
If you cancel after this time you may be charged the fixture fee unless there are extenuating circumstances.

 If you are going to arrive late to a fixture please let a committee member know.

Handicaps

Maximum HCP will be 28.

 Winner will be cut 3 shots
2nd Place will be cut. 2 shots
3rd Place will be cut. 1 shot 

Players will then be cut 0.5 for any score over par.

Any player under par will be added. 0.5 

Fines

There will be mandatory fines after each event, decided by the fines master.
